The mission of the Professional Animal Auditor Certification Organization is to promote animal welfare through auditor training and audit certification.
At the end of the training (Step 3), trainees must take and pass an exam. Trainees that pass the exam must then complete two shadow audits within one year (Step 4) in order to become certified and listed on the PAACO database.

This homework is important for in-training discussion and the exam. We estimate that this preparation will take about 10 hours.
